About Z1
We are an international digital studio that transforms ideas into incredible products. We are part of Tiny, a Canadian investment fund behind industry giants such as Dribbble or Metalab. We work with North American startups helping them create and launch disruptive products to the market.
Z1 is not a design agency with several engineers, nor a development consultant with a handful of designers. We are a team of more than 70 designers, engineers and communication professionals that approach each project holistically.
We always work as a team, both remotely (we have colleagues in New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, etc.) and in person at our main headquarters located in the center of Seville, a 700m2 space where you will feel at home.
We would like to incorporate into our team people who bring their full potential and work comfortably in dynamic environments so that they can collaborate in a diverse range of projects.
What are we looking for
A business administration, finance, or a similar degree or vocational training student, eager to learn more about accounting techniques and practices.
What you will do
You'll be learning with us from 3 to 6 months (preferably 6) and your day-to-day would involve some tasks like these:
- Collaborate with the administration and financial team in accounting, control, treasury, reports, budgets, administrative tasks, and the different activities of the department.
- Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions to solve internal issues.
- Payroll activities.
- Take initiative to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements
Besides being enrolled in an educational program - FP or university degrees- related to Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar, that offers access to internships through signing a collaboration agreement with Z1, you'll need to:
- Live in Seville, where our office is located.
- Some previous experience in accounting and billing management.
- Great learning capabilities.
- To be a flexible team player.
- Positive attitude and high motivation.
Desirables
It’s a great plus if you also have experience with:
- Advanced level of MS Excell or Google Sheets
- Google Drive
- Payroll operations
- Foreign currency operations
